Amdocs Limited CEO Retiring

Amdocs Limited (NYSE: DOX) announced on 9/6 that CEO Baharav will reitre in 1QCY2011 and will be replaced by Eli Gelman, a former COO of the company, Oppenheimer reports.

A smooth transition is expected and a an 8:30am EST conference call this morning (9/7) provided more details on the exchange that will take place.

Price target is currently $37.

Amdocs Limited closed yesterday at $27.21.
