Live Cattle Lower

Friday's USDA Cattle slaughter was 109,000 head versus a year ago at 114,000 head.

Live Cattle futures traded range-bound on Friday after the USDA Cattle on Feed report came out. June Live Cattle was trading 152.02, down 0.35 and August Cattle was trading at 150.65, down 0.25.

All U.S. Livestock futures are closed on Monday in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.
