Cocoa futures are little changed Tuesday morning. September Cocoa is trading at 3275, down 6. Trading has been range-bound after Monday's choppy trading session.

Market talk continues about tight West African supplies. Market chatter about more choppy trading and some concern about Asian demand due to price levels continues to bring in some selling on rallies.
