Lean Hogs Mixed

Lean hog futures are trading a little lower Wednesday morning. October Hogs are trading at 67.05, down 0.35. December Hogs are trading at 63.17, up 0.02. August Hogs are trading at 80.25, down 1.15. Cash is in line with futures. Trading is expected to remain very choppy with possible wide ranges.

Market chatter that the CME Index is 79.00 led to some late selling in August Hogs on Tuesday after the close. Market talk about higher supply and better weather for livestock movement is making the rounds.
