British Services PMI Rises To 53.9 In June

Growth in Britain's services sector rose marginally in June, according to the CIPS/Markit purchasing managers index for the sector.

The index rose to 53.9 in June, from a reading of 53.8 in May. However, economists were expecting a drop to 53.5.
