Frontpoint Cooperating With SEC

Hedge fund Frontpoint is cooperating with the Securities and Exchange Commission over an insider trading case in Human Genome Sciences (NASDAQ: HGSI).

Shares of Human Genome Sciences closed down 21 cents today to close at $26.39.
