CNOOC Ltd (NYSE: CEO) named Mr. Li Fanrong as the company's new chief executive officer. Mr. Li Fanrong will replace Yang Hua as CEO. CNOOC shares gained 1.15% to clsoe at $181.09 yesterday.

Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) named Kamal Jabre as chairman and chief executive of its Middle East and North Africa (MENA) business. Jabre replaces Habib Achkar as MENA CEO. MS shares gained 0.31% to $15.97 in after-hours trading.

UBS AG (NYSE: UBS) announced the resignation of Chief Executive Oswald Gruebel. The company's board appointed Sergio Ermotti as interim CEO immediately. UBS shares gained 1.87% to $11.46 in pre-market trading.

Lloyds Banking Group PLC (NYSE: LYG) reported that Tim Tookey, group finance director, would step down at the end of February to join insurer Friends Life. Lloyds reported that the company had already begun looking for his successor. LYG shares fell 1.76% to close at $2.23 on Friday.

Premier Foods PLC (OTC: PRRFY) appointed Mike Clarke as the new CEO of the company. Clarke will succeed Robert Schofield as the CFO. Clarke is presently president of Kraft Foods Inc's (NYSE: KFT) European operations. PRRFY shares dipped 6.35% to close at $2.80 yesterday.

UBS AG (NYSE: UBS) announced its plans to appoint former Deutsche Bundesbank President Axel Weber as its next chairman in 2013.
